Please select the number of notarial acts needed and your travel location for each booking request. Both selections are required to determine your total service cost.
How to Request a Mobile Notary Appointment:

Click Request to Book and select your preferred date and time.

Select the number of notarial acts you need.

Select your travel location so the applicable travel charge is included.

Complete the booking form with your contact information, full appointment address, document type, number of signers, and any witness needs.

Review your information and policies, then submit your request. Submitting a request does not confirm your appointment.

We will review your request and confirm availability and the final total, including notarization and travel charges.

If approved, you will receive a payment link. Payment is required before the visit.

Have your documents, acceptable identification, all required signers, and any required witnesses ready for your appointment.
Witness Requirements
If your document requires witnesses, you must provide your own qualified witnesses and have them present at the appointment. We do not provide witnesses.
