Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment Policy: Appointments must be booked in advance. Notarial services are $10 per notarial act. Travel expenses are additional and are based on the appointment location. The total cost will be provided and agreed to before the appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours before your appointment for a full refund or to transfer your payment to a new appointment. For cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment or no-shows, the notarial fee will be refunded if no notarial act was performed. Any actual travel expenses already incurred may not be refundable. If I cancel the appointment, you will receive a full refund. Appointments: Please have an acceptable, valid ID and all documents ready at the scheduled appointment time. Do not sign documents in advance when the notarization requires the signature to be witnessed. A notarization may be declined if the legal requirements for the notarial act cannot be met. Late Arrivals: Please be ready at your scheduled appointment time. Significant delays may require the appointment to be rescheduled.
