A Solution by Wilson cannot and does not control the shipping prices. These prices are set in stone by UPS, FEDEX, DHL or US Postal service. Shipping costs are automatically generated from these companies and figured by the weight of your order from point A to B.

Damaged In Transit: Please be sure to check all merchandise upon arrival. If your product was damaged in transit, please save all packaging materials and contact us at via email us at customercare@asbwgiftline.com. We will contact current carrier and they will start a claims investigation into your damaged goods matter.
Return Criteria

Package must be received by A Solution by Wilson warehouse no later than 7 working days from time of delivery.

Items be in their original, unused, or unworn condition

Shipping Package be included in order.

The customer is responsible for the shipping return a less instructed differently by our Customer Support Team.
Canceling An Order: Once your order has been submitted and processed, it CANNOT be cancelled or changed at any time for any reason.

WE ARE SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE, AT THIS TIME WE ONLY SHIP WITHIN THE UNITED STATES. IF YOU ARE PLACING AN ORDER OUTSIDE OF THE US. WE WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL TO INFORM YOU THAT YOUR ORDER CANNOT BE PLACED AND YOU WILL BE RECEIVING A FULL REFUND.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on items that are on sale, clearance, refurbished, perishable goods and/or digital downloads. These items are on clearance or sale to make room for our new inventory. Please make your selections carefully!

We do not offer exchange(s) or refunds. If any item is returned via mail and meets the pre-defined return criteria the customer will receive a Gift Card to www.asbwgiftline.com website valid for 12 months. For our Return Criteria please see our Shipping Policy.

Refunds on Acceptable Products
We are sorry, but due to federal health regulations we do not accept any candy or eatable product for a refund, unless it is damaged in transit. A Solution by Wilson guarantees only the freshest stock available, we do not sell or carry second hand stock, nor do we ship perishables that could have been sitting in someone else home.

Non-Perishable Orders: If you receive a product that is damaged you have 24 hours from time of deliver to contact the company via email at customercare@asbwgiftline.com. If a refund will be applied by the A Solution by Wilson to the Customer it will be in the form of a Gift Card. A Gift Card will not be issued until we receive the package back. We will charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging. A Solution by Wilson (ASBW Gift Line) reserve the right determine whether merchandise is defective and to repair or replace defective merchandise, if necessary.
